I don't know what Romney is talking about! Republicans have never stopped acting like Republicans.
Just take a look at the state of things in America and you will see the undeniable craftsmanship work of wholly hearted Republicans. Since they took Congress in 1994 and the White House in 2000, we have seen how the poor has been screwed, how workers and teachers have suffered, the education system is in disarray, how health care is a luxury for the few, wars meant to stuff the pockets of corporations while the sons of the poor are dying and being mangled. Civil liberties eroded and racism and divisions on the rise. The environment is a disaster and our children and grandchildren future has been mortgaged.
Honestly I never expected nothing less!
