Way to go Mr. President! I am sure that your save face speech will be that the enormous progress your policies have made in Iraq have made possible that some troops come back home. Honestly it was about time that after 4 years, almost 4,000 American lives, 50,000 Iraqi lives and half a trillion dollars you have some results to show, even if they are just a half secure Baghdad and some sheiks finally working together in Anbar province (I don't know what happened to the rest of Iraq, does it still exist?). And that's not counting the intangible cost like damage to our reputation all around the globe.
