Portions of the USA Patriot Act declared unconstitutional

If this is a nation that was formed based on freedom and liberties, by people escaping from persecution, of course it is illegal for the government to spy on people without proper court warrants. A court warrant is what would give some sort of guarantee that spying on U.S. citizens is based on facts and not political persecution. I wonder how many of us, outspoken citizens against the current government abuses, have been "spyed" over illegally. I just hope they got my good angle in their pictures and videos...
