Again, the virus of stupidity keeps spreading! I agree with Bill Clinton on where were their weeping hearts when Republicans and the conservative attack machine like the Swift Boats attacked Sen. John Kerry's military record and likened Sen. Max Cleland, another war hero, to Osama Bin Laden. What really surprises me is why Democrats are so afraid to stand their ground and say NO to what is clear a smoke screen tactic from the Republicans to divert the public attention from their failure in Iraq. From their initial lies to go to war, to the continuous incompetence of the Bush administration, to the shameful rubber stamp Republican Congress that gave Bush a blank check over blank check over a blank check, to the constant rosy pictures of improvements in Iraq given by Bush, McCain, and now Petraeus, it is an insult to the American people to allow that Republicans get away with this charade.
