Obama measure of improving economy
We need a Workers Party of America!
No More Hope and Change
Only a political party of workers can build a power structure to counter the apparently omnipotent power of millionaires and corporations.
NOW MORE THAN EVER WE NEED A "WORKING PARTY OF AMERICA"!

Only Liberals stand
hate and fear, Liberals denounced it, and then suddenly Liberals are
also promoting hate and fear. Just because they denounce it. That
mental false equivalency stating that those who REMIND us of the
negative we all would like to forget or pretend does not exist are as
bad as those who ACTUALLY DID the negative in the first place. Not
only those who promote hate are guilty but also those who denounce it
are guilty just by doing the bad thing of reminding us. The net effect
is that right wing gets away with it because everyone runs for cover.
Democrats are scared shitless of the right wing noise machine.
Republicans don't denounce their own and just want the whole thing to
go away and be forgotten as soon as possible. The media hides under
the excuse of responsibility. Obama one more time repeats his calls
for holding hands together and sing "We Are The World". The American
People want to go on with their lives and pretend nothing is wrong.
The government quickly cooks the official story of a lone ranger who
lived isolated from the world, never listened to Rush Limbaugh or any
other talk show radio, never heard of Sarah Palin or watched Fox News
and Glen Beck, never read a newspaper. A lone ranger crazy person who
one day wakes up and voices told him to go and load his car with his
God given Second Amendment Right and kill a US Congressperson. Only
Liberals stand out there alone, holding the truth, seeing the real
world and talking to the air and getting condemned because nobody else
wants to listen.

Rush Limbaugh: Jared Loughner Has 'Full Support' Of Democratic Party
Tucson Massacre perpetrator is not a victim. He is as guilty as all those who have been promoting hate and fear. Those talking that the first black president is Muslim or a socialist or not an American citizen, that wants to take your guns away, etc. are as guilty as the shooter by poisoning the minds of many other Jared Loughner's out there. The Tucson shooting will not be the last political shooting we will see, as Palin, Beck and Limbaugh have sowed the seed in many minds already.
Arizona shooting survivor in custody after allegedly making threat - CNN.com
What is wring with this picture? Palin, Beck, Limbaugh, Tea Party crazies are free roaming after hate and fear mongering. A survivor of the Tucson Massacre that was instigated by right wing hatred, being mad after being shot and wounded made an angry comment and what happened, he is arrested and involuntarily committed.

Sarah Palin blamed by the US Secret Service over death threats against Barack Obama
Remember this? Sarah Palin's rhetoric against at that time candidate cretaed a spike in death threats against Obama and his family. It is shameful that now a faux political correctness wants to sweep responsibility under the carpet and pretend no one is responsible.

Tucson shooting victim blames Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Sharron Angle - Kendra Marr - POLITICO.com
Liberals were correct in immediately put the blame where it should go: on the right wing. Then conservatives and some media say liberals are crazy and political opportunists. Now one of the victims himself blames...the right wing. Now the excuse is that he is a political operative and a crazy. In other words the only "acceptable" opinion is that the shooting must be just a random and isolated incident with no political motivation whatsoever. I even read someone stating that it was proved the shooter never listened talk show radio, never read newspapers and never watched tv. In other words the shooter lived isolated in cabin without human contact and one day decided to just get up load his car with guns and go to get himself some Congressperson and a judge's blood. Yeah right!

That liberal and socialist health care reform bill
Investors are increasingly optimistic on health insurers' future for two crucial reasons: regulations released this year have been relatively industry-friendly, increasing stability, and the health reform's new business opportunities are beginning to look more tangible. Shootings just happen in isolation
But according to those purchased "hit polls", hate rhetoric and subliminal messages had nothing to do with the Right Wing #Tucson #Massacre. Yes people, shootings just happen in isolation.

Supreme Court mistake
Tuesday, January 11, 2011
It took Rush Limbaugh several days..
There is no evidence it was political..or so they want you to believe
Pawlenty: 'There is no evidence that the gunman was motivated by specific political comments or experiences with the media'. According to who Pawlenty? I ask you how can you be sure the shooter was not motivated by politics or the coverage of certain media outlets or the rants of certain politicians? Don't pretend that we need now a membership application to the #GOP or #TeaParty groups or a political confession from the shooter to realize what are his political leanings. Targeting a Democratic Congressperson, being anti-government, resorting to violence. Which ideology has been prone to this behavior lately, more specifically since November 2008?
Also, Pawlenty, are you aware which radio shows or tv programs or type of media coverage have the shooter being paying attention? I guess the answer is no. So how do you know the certain specific media coverage or radio shows have not being poising the shooter's mind over the years? Sowing hate & resentment against one political sector of the nation? You don't know, Pawlenty.
But what I know is that your statement is the usual conservative game of denying the obvious with the hope that if repeated enough times, it becomes the truth inside people's heads.

A Timeline of Right-wing Violent Rhetoric
January 8, 2011—Jared Lee Loughner, 22, shoots U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) and 19 others at a "Congress in Your Corner" event at a Safeway supermarket in Tuscon, Arizona. He kills six, including federal judge John Roll, and wounds 14, including Giffords, who is shot in the head. Loughner has an extensive history of mental illness and substance abuse, yet is able to purchase two handguns and a high-capacity ammunition magazine legally at Sportsman's Warehouse on November 30, 2010. In a YouTube video posted in December 2010, Loughner states, "You don’t have to accept the federalist laws ... Nonetheless, read the United States of America’s Constitution to apprehend all of the current treasonous laws."
November 9, 2010—U.S. Representative-Elect Allen West of Florida's 22nd Congressional District hires conservative radio talk show host Joyce Kaufman as his Chief of Staff. On July 3, Kaufman told a crowd of Tea Party supporters, “I am convinced that the most important thing the Founding Fathers did to ensure me my First Amendments rights was they gave me a Second Amendment. And if ballots don’t work, bullets will."
October 21, 2010—Pastor Stephen Broden, the Republican candidate for U.S. Representative in Texas' 30th Congressional District, tells WFAA-TV in Dallas that the violent overthrow of the government is an "option" that remains "on the table." "Our nation was founded on violence," states Broden. "I don't think that we should ever remove anything from the table as it relates to our liberties and our freedoms."
July 18, 2010—California Highway Patrol officers arrest Byron Williams, 45, after a shootout on I-580 in which more than 60 rounds are fired. Officers had pulled Williams over in his pick-up for speeding and weaving in and out of traffic when he opened fire on them with a handgun and a long gun. Williams, a convicted felon, is shot several times, but survives because he is wearing body armor. Williams, a convicted felon, reveals that he was on his way to San Francisco to "start a revolution" by killing employees of the ACLU and Tides Foundation. Williams' mother says her son was angry at "Left-wing politicians" and upset by "the way Congress was railroading through all these Left-wing agenda items."
July 6, 2010—Herb Titus, a lawyer for Gun Owners of America, tells Religion Dispatches, "If you have a people that has basically been disarmed by the civil government, then there really isn't any effectual means available to the people to restore law and liberty and that's really the purpose of the right to keep and bear arms—is to defend yourself against a tyrant." Titus goes on to cite the "totalitarian threat" posed by "Obamacare" and "what Sarah Palin said about the death panels."
June 9, 2010—Addressing the Obama administration and the Democratic-controlled Congress, FOX commentator Glenn Beck says, "Shoot me in the head if you try to change our government—I will stand against you. And so will millions of others." Beck also compares American Progressives to Osama bin Laden and claims "they want to overthrow our entire system of government."
May 4, 2010—A questioner at a Heritage Foundation event asks speaker Rep. Eric Cantor the question, "In light of what Obama has done to leave us vulnerable, to cut defense spending, to make us vulnerable to outside enemies, and to slight our allies ... What would he have to do differently to be defined as a domestic enemy?" After smiling and stating that "no one thinks that the president is a domestic enemy," Cantor is booed by several members of the audience.
August 11, 2009—William Kostric is filmed openly carrying a handgun outside of President Obama's health care reform town hall meeting in New Hampshire. Kostric holds a sign that reads, "IT IS TIME TO WATER THE TREE OF LIBERTY!" a reference to the following Thomas Jefferson quote: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
May 31, 2009—Scott P. Roeder shoots and kills Dr. George Tiller, an abortion provider, in the foyer of Reformation Lutheran Church in Wichita, Kansas. The FBI lists Roeder as a member of the Montana Freemen, a radical anti-government group. In April 1996, he had been pulled over in Topeka, Kansas, for driving with a homemade license plate. Police found a military-style rifle, ammunition, a blasting cap, a fuse cord, a one-pound can of gunpowder, and two 9-volt batteries in his car.
March 21-22, 2009—Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) states that she wants residents of her state to be “armed and dangerous on this issue of the energy tax because we need to fight back. Thomas Jefferson told us ‘having a revolution every now and then is a good thing,’ and the people—we the people—are going to have to fight back hard if we’re not going to lose our country.”
Eight episodes of right-wing extremist violence in four-and-a-half months
The storm I've been warning about is coming in faster now. It is time for the right to stand up against the escalating tide of violence fueled by its own rhetoric.
To get a sense of just how fast, you only need to take stock of what's been happening on the right wing since President Obama's inauguration:
Wednesday, January 21 -- the day after the inauguration -- 22-year-old Keith Luke goes on a violent spree in his Boston neighborhood. He rapes and kills one woman, and also kills the sister who tries to help her. He then goes out onto the street and shoots a passing homeless man. Police intercept him on his way to a local synagogue, where he tells them he intended to "kill as many Jews as possible during bingo night." He also says that he was fighting the extinction of the white race, and had stockpiled 200 round of ammunition to that end.
Tuesday, February 10 -- In Belfast, Maine, radioactive "dirty bomb" materials are found in home of James Cummings, who had been shot and killed by his wife after years of domestic violence. Cummings was an admirer of Adolf Hitler, and a large collection of Nazi memorabilia and a filled-out application for the National Socialist Movement were found on the scene.
Thursday, February 26 -- In Miramar Beach, FL, 60-year-old Dannie Baker walks into a neighboring townhouse where 14 Chilean students -- all in the US legally -- are gathered. He fires, killing two and wounding five. Those who know Baker describe him as a mentally ill man obsessed with fear that immigrants are taking over the country.
Sunday, April 5 -- Budding white supremacist and recently discharged veteran Richard Popalowski shoots and kills three police officers following a standoff in Pittsburgh. They were responding to a domestic disturbance call. He believed they had been sent by the Obama Adminstration to take away his guns.
Tuesday, April 28 -- US Army Reservist Joshua Cartwright shoots and kills two sheriff's deputies in Fort Walton Beach, FL. His wife escaped from him after he beat her, and called police from the emergency room. In the incident report, she reported that her husband believed the US Government was conspiring against him, and was severely disturbed that Barack Obama had been elected President.
Wednesday, May 6 -- Stephen P. Morgan of Middletown, CT kills former NYU classmate Johanna Justin-Jinich, whom he had been harassing since at least 2007. A diary found in his belongings included an entry: "I think it's ok to kill Jews and go on a killing spree" and "Kill Johanna. She must Die." Justin-Jinich was Jewish, and the granddaughter of a Holocaust survivor.
Sunday, May 31 -- Dr. George Tiller is shot to death while ushering at his Lutheran church in Wichita, KS. His killer, Scott Roeder, is captured by police within hours. Roeder is found to have ties to several violent right-wing groups, including the Montana Freemen and the Sovereign Citizen movement. He had also been committing acts of vandalism against abortion clinics for years, most recently just days before the assassination.
Wednesday, June 10 -- Well-known anti-Semitic blogger James Wenneker von Brunn walks into the national Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC and opens fire. Two security guards are shot; one is dead and the other still guarded as of this writing. Von Brunn himself was killed in return fire. He had been prominent in Holocaust denier circles for several decades, and considered Holocaust museums to be a crime against white history.

Gabby Giffords: A Few Words
A reporter called me a little while ago, and told me that Rep. Gabrielle Giffords had been shot at a public event. She is in critical condition.
I'm going to let others comment on what this means for America. I just want to say what it means to me.
Gabrielle Giffords and I served together on the House Committee on Science and Technology. She was the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics, and I was a member of that subcommittee. Her D.C. office was one floor above mine.
I saw Gabby dozens, if not hundreds of times, during our two years together. And nearly every time that I can remember, she was smiling.
Gabby is one of the most cheerful, charming and engaging people I have ever known. She's always looking on the bright side. She has something good to say about pretty much everyone. Bad news never lays a glove on her. She loves life, and all the people in it.
No matter what is going on in your life, after fifteen minutes with Gabby, you'll feel that you can touch the stars.
Everyone knew that Gabby would have a tough race in 2010. (She actually won with 49% of the vote.) But I always thought that if each of her constituents could spend that fifteen minutes with her, and see what she is really like, then she would win with 99.9% of the vote. (Same thing about Harry Teague of New Mexico, who lost, and a few others that I could name.) You would want her as your Congressman, because you would want her as your friend.
I know nothing about the man who shot Gabby, and what was going through his mind when he did this. But I will tell you this -- if he shot Gabby out of hatred, then it wasn't Gabby he was shooting, but rather some cartoon version of her, drawn by her political opposition. Because there is no way -- no way -- that anyone who really knows Gabby could hate her or hurt her. She is a kind, gentle soul.
My heart goes out to Mark Kelly, Gabby's husband, and the many, many people who love her. Gabby, we don't want to lose you. Please stay here with us.

It was just a matter of time for Rep Giffords
Taken from http://yfrog.com/h0d2j8j. Threatening comments against Rep Giffords (veiled and unveiled) have been out there for months. Not only from Giffords' opponent in the election, but also from Sarah Palin herself. It just takes one mentally disturbed right wing nut job to take those comments at face value and start killing people, as happened to day 1/8/2011 in Tucson Arizona
